Metropolitan Wholesale

This is really cool nursey and plant/flower shop with lots of interesting surprises. Some of their plants are absolutely huge, which is rare to find at most stores. I stopped by today for their 40% off sale and was shocked. Their outdoor plants were a literal HOT mess. Dry as bones, wilting and cooked. It was honestly an embarrassment for Metropolitan PLANT exchange. I went inside to pay for a large bush. The cashier was buried in her phone and did not help with the door. She didn't even notice me approaching the counter with a 5ft tall bush. I had to plop it down loudly before she would even look up/help me with the transaction . I can see why nobody was outside with a hose, the few employees running the place were completely disinterested in working. Do better. This spot has a ton of potential.

I always have a great experience with Matiza at Metropolitan Wholesale. She is incredibly helpful, professional, and always makes sure customers find exactly what they need. Her knowledge about flowers and event supplies truly stands out, and she always treats everyone with kindness and patience. As a florist, it means a lot to work with someone who genuinely cares about quality and customer service. Thank you, Matiza, for always going above and beyond! Highly recommend working with her for all your floral needs. 🌸 Jardin D’Amour Anyelys

I LOVE this place!!!! I would usually go to Trader Joe’s every week for flowers but after coming here - this is my new go-to spot! They have SOOOO many flower options. I also bought roses here in bulk for my sister’s baby shower & they were beautiful. Most of their flowers are reasonably priced & are very fresh! Some will randomly be super expensive, but there’s so many flower options that it doesn’t deter me. Their prices can be confusing because you have to scan a QR code to look at their Google sheet for pricing - however, this requires you know what type of flower you’re looking to buy. They often have so many beautiful, unique flowers that I don’t know the name of so it would be helpful if they could add a sign to each bucket labeled with what kind of flower they are. My mom has also sent multiple arrangements to my house from this flower shop. They do an INCREDIBLE job with their arrangements and have a very talented designer! Justin and Maritza provide great customer service as well. Justin has always been very helpful and friendly. Lastly, if you become a member for $75/year, you are charged HEAVILY discounted prices compared to non-members. If you buy flowers here mor

Amazing experience. I worked with Bailey who was super knowledgeable about the plants I needed but also gave me words of encouragement that helped me significantly with creating my DIY modern pot hang from ceiling. The job was semi complex but ultimately turned out amazing and I was super motivated after speaking with Bailey who was so positive. I look forward to sharing my DIY with the store and hopefully raffle off some of my DIY modern pots. Bailey thank you so much for being patient, encouraging, and knowledgeable. Look forward to sharing the craft.

Love the selection of plants and flowers at Metropolitan Wholesale! Picked up a handful of beautiful roses for Mother’s Day and was really impressed with the quality and freshness. Huge shoutout to the young lady at the front—her customer service was top-notch. She went above and beyond to help me pick out the perfect roses and wrapped them up beautifully for my loved ones. I’ll definitely be back soon to grab some plants for our store. Highly recommend this place for anyone looking for quality, service, and a great experience!
